Friday, April 16th, 2010: Run #1380:
Meet at the Golden Pub at 19:30, brief opening circle after which we will have our pub crawl thru the Tunalı Hilmi area. The crawl will finish at the Beer Station where you will receive your 1 free beer ticket & t-shirt (& other goodies inshallah!) after you complete your registration. From then onwards it’s all: Party, get drunk, get stupid, get lucky...whatever!
IMPORTANT – DO NOT FORGET: No matter what you wear, it's gotta be PINK (thought
we'd give the good old red a break this time)!!!!
Saturday, April 17th, 2010: Run #1381
10:30 Meet at Segmenler Park Hash Meeting Point (for details check the site www.ankarahhh.
11:00 Bus leaves to take us to the holy grounds of Efes Brewery!
12:00 arrive at Efes & have a tour of the brewery (incl. beer tasting during the tour!)
13:00 Start run at the brewery area
15:00 Circle with more fresh Efes and munchies
18:00 Back to town to get ready for the dinner
20:00 Dinner party at the Komsu Restaurant with a small raffle (unlimited local drinks) IMPORTANT – DO NOT FORGET: for dinner, no matter what you wear, it's gotta be BLACK&WHITE!
Sunday, April 18th, 2010: Run #1382
11:00 Meet at Segmenler Park Hash Meeting Point
12:00 Bus leaves for the run site, Club Mirador
13:00 Start run
14:00 Closing circle, after the circle enjoy the open buffet bbq while relaxing by the cozy fireplace and/or dancing on the dance floor.
19:00ish return to town (if some of our visitors will need to get back to town earlier, we will have them taken to town earlier, just let us know before hand at what time you need to get back so that we can schedule the transport)
IMPORTANT – DO NOT FORGET: and on this day, please wear your Ankara H3 25th bday t-shirts…..
The cost for all of this will be 130.-TL (€65.-) only!
Transport to and from run sites are of course included! Accomodation not included, we will suggest hotels within this week, but if you need/prefer a crash space let us know asap and we will see what we can do about it.
