Financial situation
At the moment AHHH has 100 YTL and 500
USD.
We�ll have a raffle at the Xmas and New
Years Party on December 15th.
2. Eurohash
2009
AHHH won�t organize a special pre or
post lube for Eurohash 2009, but will organize it�s weekly runs on Sundays.
Kopenhagen HHH should be allowed to
organize the BallBreakerRun as we promissed them in London during Eurohash
2007.
GM Ankara HHH will contact GM Antalya
HHH concerning this matter.
3. Nash
Hash 2008
GM will contact the GM�s of the other
Turkish HHH about this matter.
4.
Ex-Turkey H3
Ex Turkey H3 has 170 GBP to spend for an
event in Turkey. One possibility is the organization of a Nash Hash if not yet
foreseen by another Turkish HHH. Another possibility is a (long) AHHH Birthday
weekend (AHHH birthday = Monday 17th March 2007).
5. Address
cards AHHH
It costs 200 YTL to make 2.000 address
cards. Efes sponsors for 122 YTL at the moment. GM will try to get the full
amount from Efes and will have these 2.000 adres cards printed.
6. AHHH
traditional annual Runs
In 2008 we should again organize some
traditional Runs like the Efes Brewery Runs, Trash Picking Run and Tree
Planting Run.
7. Links to
AHHH website
Not all Turkish HHH websites seems to
have a link to ours. GM will check it out and will contact the other GM�s if
necessary.
8. AHHH
mail list
Some active Hashers didn�t subscribe to
the official AHHH website yet. We�ll control this and inform the proper
Hashers.
We need to attrack new Hashers. Joint
Master Shakesprick will prepare a flyer which we can distribute.
9. T-shirts
There is not enough Money to make a lot
of things, but Twinkle Toes can have made 20 T-shirts with an existing design
