MINUTES OF MISMANAGEMENT MEETING

1. Hash Beer will be provided only during the circle.  (Starting from the beginning of July!) (Blow Hard + Helping Hand)

2. No more softies, only water be provided (Blow Hard + Helping Hand)

3. Depending on the financial situation a 20 pax Peugeot minibus will be found. (From July on!) (Mr. Majestik + Machine Gun Kelly)

4. New T-shirts will be made (50 pieces) (Twinkle Toes)

5. Cumhuriyet Run for all the Hashers in Turkiye (29 October) (On-Secs)

6. EFES Run (Run Nr. 1172) (Machine Gun Kelly) at Efes Warehouse on Konya Road

7. Terry Fox Run (All the proceeds from the run will be given to theTerry Fox Committee as in past years) (Mr. Majestik + Smiley)

8. A special run in October, where Luv Muffin and other dearly departed Ankara Hashers will be remembered. (Voluntered Hares + Hare Raiser)

9. Red Dress Run / on a week day, evening bar crawl in July (Smiley + On Sec’s)

10. Kesikköprü Camping Weekend – Full moon run (August) (Volunteered Hashers + Hare Raisor)

11. New Year Party, investigation to find the venue, raffle, promotions etc.(On-Sec’s)

12. 2008 Nash Hash Büyükada, investigation to be done (Blow Hard)

13. No Hash fee to be paid by the Hares (from the beginning of July on) (limited to two hares) (Mr. Majestik)

14. Turkish Daily News advertisement cost calculation (Smiley)

15. FIFA World Cup Bet (Morning Glory)

16. Inviting the ex-Hashers to Hash (Mr. Majestik + Morning Glory + Worzel Gummidge)

17. Advertisement Boards (Morning Glory + Eskimo Pie)

18. Periodically Hash Finance Reports – every end of the month (Mr. Majestik)

19. Short Hash warnings on the beginning of the circle (Smiley)
