MINUTES OF MISMANAGEMENT MEETING

22 September 2006

Attendees: Worzel Gummidge, G-Spot, MrMajestik, Fireman, BlowHard, TwinkleToes, Eskimo Pie, GoKart.

Excused: Morning Glory, Helping Hand

After a short discussion, there was a mutual agreement, that the elected GM can always form his own Committee, thus, the new committee has been formed and the members are as follows:

GM: Worzel Gummidge

RA: G-Spot (Secret Weapon)

On-Sec: Morning Glory

On-Sec: Fireman

Ha$hCa$h: Mr Majestik

HashBeer: Blow Hard

HashBeer: Helping Hand

Haberdasher:Twinkle Toes

WebMaster: GoKart

HashBoard & HashFlash: Eskimo Pie

HashHorn: BlowHard

HashTrash Editor: Fena Kerim

Hare Raiser: (need to be confirmed)

GM gave an overview, MrMajestik gave the present balance of the HashCash.

Taken decisions:

1-       Hares (2) are exempt from HashCash fee.

2-       All hashers must reach at least the 3^rd CheckPoint, otherwise their HashRun will not count as HashRun.

3-       No cigarette in the circle

4-       Hash Fee MUST be paid cash, no credit is allowed anymore!

5-       HashCash is going to collect all the debts from the hashers who owe money, approximately 600.00YTL. The same is valid also for the haberdasher.

6-       Hash Fee is 10.00 YTL

7-       No free beer at the circle for hashers, however, all DownDowns are free.

8-       Beer won’t be sold at the run, so BringYourOwnBooze (BYOB)

9-       AnkaraHHH does not allow any firearms at the run and/or in any hash activity.

10-   There will be a special treatment for bad behaved hashers! (disturbing the circle, too much alcohol, etc.)

11-   HashTrashNotes with Fena will continue 3 weeks more, if still no interest, the paper will be cancelled. (However, will be voted in the next circle as well.)

Planned Activities and the responsible Hashers respectively:

-          Cumhuriyet Run, 29 October(Gokart & Mr Majestik)

-          Republic Day Ball (Morning Glory & Fireman)

-          Fethiye 1^st Birthday Run (Participation: contact Morning Glory, If necessary MrMajestik will ask the Captain and organize the Bus for FethiyeHHH)

-          Daday Weekend with HorseBack Riding (after Ramadan, Mr Majestik, date to be set, ca. 100.0YTL)

-          Dearly Departed R*n (Bilkent Area, with a ceremony before and after, date to be set!)

-          Efes Run, EfesDepo, KonyaYolu (WorzelGummidge & MrMajestik will ask for permission and set the date)

-          Efes Brewery Visit & Run, Kazan (WG & MrMajestik will ask for permission and set the date)

-          Christmas/New Year Dinner (MorningGlory & Fireman, date before X-Mas)

-          Turkey Candidate for 2009 EuroHash: (AnkaraHHH would support AntalyaHHH, WG&G* will talk)

-          NashHash: Was decided at the last NashHash for AntalyaHHH, however, BlowHard also claimed that the NashHash 2007 is in BüyükAda, and he is going to organize it, and according BlowHard it was discussed and agreed with the Ex-GM Smiley. So this issue must be clarified with the 3^rd parties, e.g. AntalyaHHH & FethiyeHHH & IstanbulHHH and Ex-GM Smiley. (WG & G*)

-          Welfare action for the Earthquake victims, Polatli School, collection & donation of old & 2^nd hand clothes, shoes, etc. (BlowHard, date to be set)

-          AnkaraHHH Run # 1234 ca. in 50 weeks (WorzelGummidge)

-          AnkaraHHH Run, in Kazan Beldesi. Mayor has invited AHHH (EskimoPie, date to be set) 

MrMajestik will organize a water closet and will also donate a HashShit ASAP.
